Programs not responding in Windows
If the program launches without any problems, it’s definitely something to do with your antivirus. In that case, you’ll want to scan the program and your whole PC!
The way programs and drivers work are quite similar. Both types of software receive frequent updates and new versions. So, if you haven’t updated your program in a while but have downloaded the latest driver, the two of them might not work so well with each other.
Try ending the task program! If it's running in the background when it's not opened, try ending the task and restarting your computer!
